Lenovo Miix 360 Quick Look: Running External Monitor Excellent!

Back at this year's CES 2018 at Las Vegas, I got a chance to get hands on the HP Envy x2 and the Lenovo Miix 630. Though my hands-on time was very limited and really couldn't say if the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 would be capable of handling the full version of Windows 10. Out of the box, the Lenovo Miix 360 comes with Windows 10s, which you can be upgraded to Windows 10 Pro within the first 180 days. I tested the Miix 360 with Windows 10s for a few weeks and I can't complain how well it works with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. I also tested the Lenovo Miix 360 with Windows 10 Pro and I have to say, overall, the device was pretty snappy! I even connected the Lenovo Miix 360 to a Samsung 4k monitor and opened up few web pages and had a video playing and everything was pretty snappy and smooth. Just keep in mind, don't think of purchasing this device as a video or picture editing machine. You can do basic picture adjustments with no problem but don't plan on editing a full camera roll with complicated editing.

This is a great on the go portable 2-in-1 device Windows 10 device. The other option that makes this a great travel device is, the built-in LTE! No need to hunt down WiFi to be connected on the road, you can work anywhere you have LTE service. At the time of my review, Sprint was offering Unlimited data until the end of the year. I went ahead and activated the service and worked great on the Lenovo Miix 360.

If you are in the market for a 2-in-1 laptop as a second computer or if you are someone that only needs web browsing, light-duty Office documents, you should look at this Lenovo Miix 360. The Miix 360 has instant On along with the great battery life of at least in my testing around 15 hours and can get up to 18 hours. I will do a bit more overview of the Lenovo Miix 360 in an upcoming video.
