How to Enable and Disable FN Keys: Tested On Samsung Galaxy Book3

If you want to disable and enable the FN keys on your laptop, here is a quick way to do this. I did this using a Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra but will work with other Windows Laptops as long as you have the FN key and the lock key in the top row.
