First Look: AFEELA Prototype 2026 & AFEELA 1 Production Update at CES 2026

I was at CES 2026 in Las Vegas to capture the official Sony Honda Mobility press conference where they unveiled the AFEELA Prototype 2026 — a new SUV-style concept built on the AFEELA platform. This video shows both the presentation and close-up footage of the prototype itself.

The Prototype you see here is a future model concept, and a production vehicle based on it is expected to arrive in the U.S. as early as 2028.

AFEELA 1 Production Update:
Sony Honda Mobility also shared updates on the first production-ready AFEELA 1 — it’s in pre-production now and scheduled to begin deliveries in California and the U.S. later this year (late 2026), with expansion into other markets to follow.
